True, there are a lot of authentic Chinese restaurants in Chinatown. Dim Sum Go Go is just as Chinese and is maybe authentic fusion. The expertise of a Hong Kong chef and a French-American food critic ensures that the food is as close to the original and the quality and service is impeccable. It also means there's a good mix of the traditional and the contemporary, as well as vegetarian and vegan, which is not something one would expect at a Chinese restaurant. The edamame, sea fungus and shark are all on the menu and a dozen or two dumpling varieties. One more thing: it's all fresh Dim Sum, not the ones you pick out from the cart.

MoreService is decent enough. Lighting could be better but the dim sum is delicious! We first walked in around 11am and only a table was seated. My first thought was whether this was a tourist trap....
