Such a great hotel for charm and character. We have stayed several times because we love the location and character but they need to do better at cleaning it. The staff is also very nice but the condition of the hotel is dirty and in disrepair. Someone needs to put some money into it to bring it back to its glory.

Just a neat old hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms are a bit small, but they were in the day. But comfortable. They still have an operator run elevator with was a cool piece of nostalgia. The employees were as courteous as you’ll find anywhere.

The hotel was even more charming than I had imagined. It was very historical and so interesting. The staff was so accommodating to every need or want. The hospitality throughout the stay was exemplary. The breakfast at the Peacock Restaurant was excellent. Would highly recommend this for a unique experience.

This hotel was exactly as expected. It is old. The aesthetic is that of an old hotel with a lot of nostalgia and reminiscent of those times which is what drew us to stay here. If you want the features of a new hotel without creaky floors and doors, do not stay here. The bed and pillows were a bit firm for our liking, but that is an individual preference. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant, we loved it.

We had such a wonderful time. Hassayampa Inn excels in customer service. No matter who we encountered, they were kind and helpful and seemed to really enjoy working there. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable. We loved it and will return!
