Today I had the worst experience ever. I am a loyal client who regularly visits and always chooses the most expensive scrub and massage package.Last time, I accidentally forgot to leave a tip for the lady with short hair — I only realized it when I got home and found the envelope still in my bag.Today, as soon as she saw me, she started speaking negatively about me to Julie, who was taking care of me, in front of other employees and even customers. She assumed I couldn't understand the language, but unfortunately for her, I do.Later, I went upstairs to the second floor to eat, and before leaving, I made sure to leave a tip for Julie. However, it seems that the lady thought I had already left without tipping. She went as far as reporting me to the receptionist, who stopped me on my way out to ask whether I had left a tip — something that is absolutely not her place to question.I came today expecting to relax, but instead I was treated with disrespect and left feeling more stressed and upset. I will never return, and I will no longer recommend this place to my friends as I used to. In fact, I will make sure people know about this kind of behavior and the poor customer service

I got a body scrub in the men's area and then a Swedish massage. I had an appointment for both, and everything was on time. Both services were good but nothing amazing. The wet area (pools, one sauna, steam room, showers, all nude) was nice but nothing fancy. The second floor coed area had several saunas but none that were super hot. Exercise area was only some treadmills and another cardio machine. It was overall a nice place, and I would visit more if I were local.

Warning warning, you will be harassed by the manager multiple times in the Wich area manager will approach you and look at you while you’re nude doesn’t say anything to you walk into the steam room goes to the sauna makes you feel really uncomfortable.
