Loved the yoga class with Paige

The location of the Hotel was excellent. The room was attended and cleaned very nicely each day. The ILMA restaurant had the best breakfast experience we had the whole time we were in Hawaii. The items I found that needed attention was the overall Hotel interior from the carpet that looked and smelled to be 20+ years old including the wall paper that was peeling from the walls. I would think if the business is doing well that you should spend some of your profit into upgrading the interior so that it is more appealing to your guests. We did not spend much time in the Hotel itself but walking into it felt like we were walking into the past. The staff as a whole were nice and professional though they need to be more clear on giving instructions especially on parking regarding getting the ticket the first time and bringing it in to be validated also give clear instructions on how to find the beach towels so guests don't feel lost and aren't inconvenienced. Great location, average room, average gym, very poor breakfast, some of the staff were rude. The breakfast has limited choices, poorly served, the manager was very rude to me (as much as pushed me). NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Room was a little outdated and if you advertise ocean view and charge more for it there shouldn't be a building blocking the ocean. I understand it not a beach front property so don't charge more for a view that isn't there.

Hotel was clean and rooms comfortable, we used it as a base did not use any hotel amenities. Was close to the beach and main area of shops.
