The exhibits are well displayed with a fine frontal area to talk or meet friends. The staffers welcome guests with panache and gift shop attendant is cheerful.

Amazing current exhibition entitled Becoming Nature by artist Melissa Meier. This exhibition is of handmade “wearable” art pieces made from products of the natural environment such as wheat, lavender, shells, pasta, sunflower seeds, rice as well as others. Truly exceptional. A must see if your in Oceanside.

I really enjoyed the In athe Color Fields exhibit. Such an amazing array of a multitude of imported and native plants. The Veterans exhibit, Pop Smoke, was emotionally moving, and the stories were so well told. The Limit Your Space / Safe Space exhibit was fun in it's use of electronic media.
