Reviews
tripadvisorFabulous and great hotel, nice quiet location , 3rd time here and never disappoint . Service is wonderful, shout out to Ms. MONA at front desk / guest services , our room was very clean, cozy , and big bed is very comfortable, nice relaxing shower experience , used the gym and swimming pool and was memorable. Had good wine , overall my family love his Hotel and will be back again soon . Highly Recommended.
MoreLeft a lot to be desired. Room too dark, no enough lightening. Short sheeted the bed. Air conditioner turns down while sleeping so you get too warm. Duvet too warm for climate. Not worth the price paid.
MoreThe Room 274 was very noisy, and we were wrongly charged extra for bottled water that we never used. Disappointing stay, would not recommend
MoreThe hotel is nice, clean, and the staff are friendly. The restaurant, bar, and pool are okay, but not impressive. My only issue I have with the hotel is that the only available double queen room I could find during the reservation process was a premium balcony room, at a higher price than a standard, non-balcony room. The room description on the website stated the room had a mountain or pool view. So, I booked it thinking it would be nice for my family to have access to a balcony with a nice view. At least that helped me feel better about having to pay a higher price. However, the room that I received had a tiny balcony with a view of the supply yard containing trash dumpsters, maintenance ladders, and a fleet of racks - not a nice view at all definitely not worth paying a premium for.I expressed my disappointment to the staff and requested a refund of the premium over the price of a standard room or another room altogether. They did not have any rooms with mountain or pool views at that time. The only other room available was facing the freeway and the car noise from the traffic was very noisy. The front desk attendant told me she would have to notify the manager the next day to see what could be done. They called me the following day to let me know another room was available. However, we were only staying there two nights it didn't make sense for us to move at that point. I was expecting to have the premium refunded, but it was not. I believe it is unethical for a hotel to mislead customers into paying for a premium room feature it does deliver. I felt like I was cheated into paying for something I did not receive. Rooms with unpleasant balcony views should cost the same as a non-balcony room. Since I doubt anyone would knowingly pay a premium to look out at a couple of trash dumpsters and a loading dock full of maintenance supplies. I expected better from this hotel. Other than that, the hotel experience was pleasant. I'm sure if I had been fortunate enough to get a room with a better view, I would have written a better review.
MoreFirst thing I noticed was how nice it smelled in the lobby. The entire hotel was very nice and clean. We were upgraded to a suite room, but I think that comes with my tier status. Customer service was perfect and everyone was very welcoming. Coffee bar staff were so great and o enjoyed speaking with them. Augustine was really welcoming and helpful! Thank you!!
