Usually a great place, however this time there was no hot water, lacking in the room service meals (missing dressing and other things listed on the menu not included), and no electricity in the bathroom.

I stayed in the Spa Suites, as I've done in the past. There always seems to be something that goes wrong. The last time, the AC didn't work and they had to move me to a different section of the hotel. Not at all what I wanted. This time the phone (only one in a 2 room suite) didn't work, or the bidet in the bathroom. I notified the front desk for three days in a row and they were never fixed! On day 2 when I had to call the front desk on my cell phone to order room service (and they didn't answer so I had to do that again) and the woman at the front desk said, maintenance told me they fixed your phone, but they didn't! Pretty simple thing to test. No dial tone, and you couldn't call the room. Pretty obvious! The staff seems to try, but this place is a maintenance nightmare!

What a wonderful gem to find! Booked a last minute getaway for an anniversary & birthday trip to see the nearby Presidential Library. What a wonderful stay at the hotel. Rooms were lovely, spacious with nice courtyard views. We enjoyed meals at all 3 onsite restaurants, and enjoyed strolling thru the vineyards too. Food and cocktails were excellent, and service friendly. We hope to return again!

We recently had our wedding at Westlake Village Inn, and we couldn't be more grateful for Lupe and the amazing staff. From the planning process all the way through our wedding day, she was incredibly helpful, professional, organized, and attentive.The Westlake Village Inn was absolutely beautiful, and our wedding turned out even better than we imagined. My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary weekend at the Westlake Village Inn, and it was a wonderful experience! We stayed in a beautiful Spa Suite, enjoyed a relaxing couples massage at Spa Relais, and spent time at Stonehaus for drinks and light bites. Every part of our stay was enjoyable, and the beautiful grounds made it the perfect place to unwind. We highly recommend the Westlake Village Inn to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
