Great on a hot summer day / evening and not just for kids. Nice to sit outside and talk on date night.

Due to the number of bees my partner went to ask for a larger sized cup so that we could transfer her 7yr old daughters ice into to go sit in the car without spilling. My partner was misgendered and told a polystyrene cup would cost $5!!!! I went to speak to them as there was no apology made and the employees laughed including the manager. What if this happened to a young Trans person or someone early in their transition. This establishment is extremely disrespectful.

Disappointed in the disrespectful staff at Kawaii’s Shaved Ice; misgendered a customer who then laughed and smirked when they were called out for it. Management didn’t want to talk about it and walked off to a back room. Then one guy came out without any apology and just said, “well everyone is a little too touchy feely about things nowadays”. Essentially: get over it. NO EXCUSE FOR LACK OF RESPECT!

I always enjoy stopping by here to get a little cooling down on a warm summer's day. I have never been disappointed in the selection or the servise provided
