Group of 9 arrived safely from the NCL port terminal to the airport Houston,tx. I would recommend this company 100%, if you can request- Joan bus 809 you would not be disappointed.

Took an hour extra to get to IAH from the cruise terminal in Galveston which made us all miss our flights. Other passengers onboard missed flights as well. Extra stop at Hobby airport that we were unaware of, plus the added delay of picking people up at 4 cruise terminals (we were first ones on board about 8:30am, arrived at Terminal A 11:58am) when website says only waiting 15 mins at each stop, spent well over 30 mins at one. Lack of communication was horrible. Just book private transportation and avoid this mess. 100% will not use them again.

Galveston Limo is a NIGHTMARE...buyer beware!! First, I try to be very fair with reviews/feedback of companies and the vast majority of reviews that I have written have been positive.I originally booked the shuttle, round-trip from Hobby to Galveston for a cruise and paid with a 5pm time of pickup from the airport. There was some extreme weather conditions so we changed to an earlier flight to avoid as much of the weather issues as possible. I also requested a shuttle pick-up change the day before.Galveston Limo replied and said to call them when we land and they would switch our pickup time. After landing I called to schedule the shuttle. I was told that due to the weather my pickup would need to be pushed back so my DW and I waited the almost 2 hours later from what should have been our rescheduled pick-up time which we were somewhat sympathetic and understanding considering the weather conditions.However, after getting to the designated spot 10 minutes early and waiting several minutes past the pick-up time we were given, I call Galveston Limo only to be told that they are running a little late. Waited another 25 minutes, called back and was told driver almost there. Waited another 20 minutes and along with hold time (if you noticed the theme of me having to call them and them NOT proactively calling me, you are correct smdh) of another 15 minutes was told driver is 45 minutes away. I then asked and spoke to the manager who was very unprofessional and blamed me for not being patient (this was now over 2 hours from the original rescheduled pickup time). This same manager irately mentioned how bad the traffic was going into Galveston. However, less than 15 minutes (thanks Uber!) we were on the SAME road the manager mentioned on the way to Galveston and there was No traffic issues either way.Needless to say we canceled and requested a refund AND had to dispute the charge to get our money back SOOO...Just want to make everyone aware for anytime now or in the future you find yourself in Houston/Galveston, AVOID GALVESTON LIMO AT ALL TIMES.

DO NOT USE GALVESTON LIMO! They won't turn up to pick you up, even when you have a slight to catch. Dispatcher is incredibly rude. Avoid like the plague and just get an Uber!
