Working with Tom on our trip was SO quick and easy. He made time to really talk with me about what our group could do/wanted to do, and our expectations were beyond exceeded when we had our trip. We only had 1 day to spare during a trip to San francisco and we were getting really unsure if it would work out. We reached out to 5 or 6 other companies but their estimates were very vague and confusing - i never knew if they were helping with reservations, or if we could go to as many places as we wanted, or even if they realized we were in SF and needed to be picked up/dropped off there. Tom listened from the beginning and asked all the right questions to plan a specific itinerary for our priorities.We were totally surprised and excited by the stops he reserved for us and the treatment we got at each, it was seriously the most ideal day with girlfriends and we could NEVER have planned it all ourselves and gotten the perks that we did. Tom also checked in throughout the day to make sure we were having a good time.Jerri was our driver and she was so kind, chill, and fun. We are so thankful for them both! I'd love to go back to Napa for a trip solely there, and truly don't believe i could get the same experience by putting it all together myself, so I will definitely be reaching back out in the future.

Choosing a tour company in Napa that can handle a large group is a little overwhelming. Luckily I stumbled onto Destination Napa Valley and Tom pretty early in the process. From the start, Tom was very good at setting me at ease while I was planning a cross-country trip for 20 folks. He has a great personality and is happy to help accommodate your ideas or bring his own if needed. The tour went off flawlessly. Luxury tour van showed up at our resort early and the driver was so friendly and accommodating. Tom had laid out a tour of 3 wineries and a great lunch spot. Everywhere we went you could tell Tom is well-known and well-respected in the Napa Valley area. We were treated so well by everyone and my wife (birthday girl) was treated like a princess. Our friends and family can’t stop bragging on the tour itself.Book confidently with Tom and his team. Very friendly, great communicators, and know what they are doing! Trust the local experts!

It was a breeze to work with Tom and team for our Executive outing up to Napa. Our Executive group needed to be shuttled from SF up to Napa, the ride there was very comfortable, the driver arrived with plenty of time. We also had a return ride that went very smooth.

Really can’t say enough good things about Tom and Destination Napa. From advising us on hotel, dining options and wineries to being our personal tour guide for 3 days, everything was wonderful. This is my fourth trip to Napa and was by far the best I’ve experienced. He helped us set up tastings at some of the most exclusive and beautiful wineries in Napa. We can’t wait to get back and do it all again.

Our trip was a once in a lifetime trip. The winery schedule had everything we could dream of. Some bigger wineries and some exclusive. Transportation was excellent and our driver was the absolute best!
