It was a great stay - I didn't mind the room was small, I actually liked the layout a lot and room for comfortable. Highlight though was room service dining - Gemma is so good and service was fast! Oh also LOVED the location.

MoreExcept for the Nor Easter that invited itself to my wife’s 65th birthday celebration the stay was wonderful. Both couples loved the hotel especially the lobby area. Very comfortable atmosphere and the room amenities were very nice with very cozy bedding. Staff were all great and accommodating. We ate dinner, breakfast and brunch at La Gemma and the experience for all 3 was very satisfying, again the staff was exceptional and welcoming.The bottle of champagne was unexpected but much appreciated.Keep doing what you are doing, our experience was above expectations!
MoreWhat a wonderful place to stay! Very comfortable accommodations, beautiful atmosphere and the room service / food in their restaurant was delicious. NYT was provided each morning, which was a really special treat. Service was top notch! Quiet and distinguished setting. Will definitely stay here again. Very convenient spot in East Village with lots close by.
