I arrived there at 2 am this morning and was given a room on the 1st floor. After unpacking all of my things, I saw a bedbug on the bed. I smashed it with my wallet, grabbed my key card and went to the office. I asked the guy to come with me to see it for himself but it had escaped. He asked if I wanted another room, so I said yes. He had only one room on the second floor, up steep stairs, no elevator. So I quickly repacked and he was kind enough to carry my bags up for me. I began to inspect the room and quickly saw a large mirror on the wall that had graffiti etched into the glass as well as some that had been painted on. I pointed this out to him and told him that I would be taking pictures of it. He told me that I could speak to the manager in the morning after 9 am. Meanwhile, I began to look at everything. When I opened the drawer of a nightstand I again saw graffiti spray painted on. I took pictures of this as well. I was disgusted. This is in a very nice area, Sherman Oaks, but it is a dump. In the morning I asked for a later check-out time which I was given. Then after dressing, I went down to speak directly to Dee who was the acting manager. I told her about my problems. She told me that they could not resolve these issue because the owner would not pony up for a new mirror. Apparently he won't pay to spray paint the drawer that has graffiti, either! I could not wait to get out of there, and am concerned about the possibility that I have brought bedbugs home in my bag or clothing. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HORRIBLE PLACE for any reason! Not worth $50, much less the $115 that I was charged. A NIGHTMARE!

Well, if you check a room at this motel, the first thing that you would notice is the smell. All the rooms smell of smoke, literally. Daily housekeeping is provided, but in an unapologetically rude manner. Limited parking, but street parking is available. No breakfast provided, which should have been included for the price. Otherwise, it is an okay place to crash if you cannot find anything better.

I am uncertain that I would remain at this inn for something besides essential business travel- - it has no electronic bolts on the entryways, and it felt perilous to me. I wound up taking my PalmPilot and different assets alongside me to the meeting I was going to. A lady truly strolled into my room my first night there, searching for somebody - I had the chain on the entryway, so she couldn't stroll in, yet it was a peril of not having e-locks. The lavatories had exceptionally chipped paint on the cupboards (however I liked the full, vintage-looking lavatory, which was spotless, with entirely pink tile.). Lodging staff tidied the room up pleasantly. The lift kicked the bucket when I was there-I feel worried about elderly or impaired people in the lodging with such a temperamental lift. I didn't exploit the mainland breakfast, however the breakfast room looked beautiful.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 weeks for 5 out of town family members, this after visiting several of the motels on Sepulveda in Van Nuys, CA. Seemed like a decent place, right price, but it's no Hilton....you shouldn't have to beg for towels from cleaning staff that pretend they don't speak English (ok, so maybe they don't). The family only had two bath towels for each room & staff said they had to wait until Tuesday to get more. REALLY? Also, be sure to bring ear plugs. Family said there must have been 10 people in room next door to them, and another couple upstairs put their heaviest boots on so they could scream at each other & clomp around in the wee hours of the morning. We booked rooms 108 & 109 on first floor; you can't help it if inconsiderate elephants book rooms on top of you.....and squirrel away your towels because getting them replaced takes some doing. Also, parking is ridiculous - as in NONE! Also family reports some items missing......maybe they just misplaced them? Yeah, right! Just talked to family, they had to go out & BUY some sheets & blankets. Staff would not give them a blanket and the sheets had some kind of bugs on them (not bedbugs, maybe silverfish, probably roaches?) Also they said someone came in & used their toilet, left seat up. OK, I warned you! What a skanky place, I'm so sorry I sent them there!

Total sucks , dirty , rundown , smelly, the rooms were noisy , wobbly floors , breakfast was throwing up . unfortunately it was the only one in the area that had rooms available. do not recommend it . one of the worst motels I've visited. wi-fi very bad
