I stayed for just one night. This place is a great deal. It’s quiet and clean, has a decent fitness center and is super convenient. The staff here is excellent and everyone I interacted with was so nice. If I was going to nitpick, my shower door was seriously tough to open or close, and the clock was set to the wrong time but I couldn’t change it. Besides that, outstanding, I would stay again.

Great location and great staff! The hotel is dated although I thought they were in the process of renovating. My room smelled a bit musty but it didn’t seem to bother my allergies. Overall it was a very good stay.

I absolutely loved my stay here the staff was so kind. I was very homesick and had a long 3 week stay for work. Everyday they were just going above and beyond and exceeding expectations. I’m incredibly thankful to everyone who worked the front desk, bar, and kitchen area

We were quite disappointed with our stay. The staff member checking us in wasn’t friendly and had attitude. Our room was always hot no matter how cold the thermostat was. You had to pay for parking and breakfast, which wasn’t clearly stated on the hotels website. Not to mention the parking lot was so small and always full. Hotel guests shouldn’t have to pay for needed amenities while staying away from home, like food and parking. We came back from lunch to see three fire trucks parked outside the hotel, but we had no communication from the hotel saying what was going on. Which made the rest of the day feel off. The elevator was also broken, meaning we had to carry our luggage up 6 levels of stairs. It was inconvenient and we had no communication of this happening. When we asked a staff member how much breakfast was she said it was $14.95 per person, but when you go downstairs the sign said $17. Overall, our experience was very poor. While we felt safe in the hotel we didn’t feel welcomed. Communication would be nice. And showing what you have to pay extra for clearly listed on the website would be nice as well. Possibly the worst Hilton we’ve ever stayed at…

This hotel is horrible. I booked a king room with a Mountain View 3 weeks in advance. When I checked in I was given a 2 queen bed room with a view of the parking lot. Not only that the room had been sprayed down with insecticide? Or room “freshener” or something vile. When I talked to the front desk I was told that the supervisor had downgraded me. I guess it’s because I’m a single female and therefore don’t merit honoring my reservation. Really ratty hotel with sexist management.
