Interfaith Community Services, is a non-profit organization serving North San Diego County. Our Carlsbad Service Center provides free labor connection services for business and residents! We help make the day labor process easier for you by screening, interviewing, and registering each worker so that you don't have to. The best part is that there is only one form for you to complete since you pay the worker directly, not through Interfaith. Also, labor connections are available 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) from 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. We have plenty of capable, hard-working, and dedicated workers that are ready to do most everything you need! The Carlsbad Service Center also provides clients with basic needs support such as assistance obtaining vital documents, nutrition services, rental assistance for the City of Carlsbad, and more. *Previously known as Carlsbad Hiring Hall.
