We had booked a one day tour for Friday 21st April through Viator, which we understand was subcontracted to WOW. The pick up time at the cruise terminal was 09:00, however when we arrived at that time there was no sign of our pick up. At about 09:35 I called the number on the ticket and was told the guide would arrive in about five minutes. When he did arrive he made no attempt to contact us. When we approached him he got out of the car and helped me put our cases in the back. He did not apologise for being late and when asked why he was late he started rambling on but not giving any reasons. We asked him to stop and drop the topic and get on with the tour. At this point he jumped out of the car and said he was phoning his head office.He then opened the car and pulled out our suit case and threw them on the foot path, and told us to get out of the car. He said he was not doing the tour and that we would get a refund. He then drove off leaving us, two 80 year olds, abandoned.By this stage every one had gone from the terminal and we had difficulty finding a taxi to take us to the airport.I have not got my money back!!

We used the Miami chapter of this transportation service to get the Fort Lauderdale airport on July 8th. With two babies and their luggage, our own bags, it wasn't intended as the most straightforward trip. But to our surprise booking this ride was the best decision we made (and yes, we can compare it to other similar services). The booking was seamless, the arrival on time and the ride itself was very pleasant. A very special THANK YOU to our driver, Daniel, who clearly loves what he does and who has a huge amount of respect to his customers. Daniel went above and beyond of what we expected and helped us with the on-boarding and off-boarding without a glitch. We are frequent travelers and there is no other company we will book for our travels than WOW TNC from now on.

We set up transportation with Vino. He was helpful and everything went smoothly. We were picked up at Ft. Lauderdale airport and traveled to our hotel in Miami. The next morning picked up and taken to the Port of Miami. Upon our return a week later to the port, the driver was there to pick us up for return to the airport. They actually arrived early per our request. The drivers were very professional and courteous. The vehicles were immaculate and roomy There were five in our group. I will use this company again and highly recommend them to any one looking for transportation.

Driver Jose did a fantastic job! My 80 yr old grandmother who was traveling alone needed special assisted transportation from Miami airport to Boynton Beach area. Jose took such good care of her--meet & greet in baggage claim, extra assistance with her lack of mobility, kept communication with our family about whereabouts, an unexpected stop along the way, etc... NOTHING was too much for Jose and this company. My family is so extremely thankful for the thoughtful service she received. Also, night manager Vino was extremely accommodating and helpful, even with a very last minute reservation. He was available when I called and could not have been more helpful. Prices are also extremely reasonable, and definitely WORTH IT. Highly recommend this service for ANY transportation needs in Miami area. My family will be using your services again. Thank you!!
