At Trejos Sport Taekwondo we teach traditional taekwondo as well as sport taekwondo. Our curriculum is geared more towards the sport aspect of Taekwondo. We also offer the option to join our taekwondo competition team (TEAM TST). We are the only Taekwondo program in Napa that is primarily Sport based. We cross train, compete at scrimmages and compete at regional, state, and national events. We are excited to announce our new toddler taekwondo classes (tiny tigers) that are held three times a week. We also offer an all Sport strength and conditioning session two times a week. This classes goal is to increase fitness levels, endurance and conditioning. At Trejos Sport Taekwondo our goal is to instill qualities and characteristics that are essential for growth physically, mentally, emotionally, as well as competitively.
