I booked a vehicle that was supposed to be picked up at Dulles airport upon arrival, but because the plane landed at Regan, I attempted to get the reservation moved. The said that they could accommodate, but would have to charge up fee. I received the small SUV, but when said and done I was basically charged for the first vehicle and the full amount for a new rental on the vehicle I received. Not a good way to accommodate your customer, will never use that company again!

It was in Washington DC with two small children, and was having the hardest time finding a transportation company with child seats. I called several taxi, limo and car services until I found LAAC Car service, here on Trip Advisor.I booked the car service online, and was able to ask questions on their website via chat. Within 10 minuets, I had a confirmed reservation and a confirmation number. They had both the booster child seat for my 6 year old, and the forward facing child seat with the five point harness, from my 2 year old. Problem solved and this is why I use a Limousine service and not uber, lyft or taxi.

I have been using my companies car service for years until last month . The final straw was when the old car Service service was late again, and I missed my flight from Ronald Reagan airport to Atlanta. This was a very important meeting, and I finally convinced my travel manager to find me a new airport car service that is reliable. I have now used LAAC Car service several times, for super early morning Red Eye trips and they have been early every time, with modern vehicles. I have booked sedans and SUV' s and they havve all been brand new with professional chauffeurs. If you are kookinvg for a inexpensive limo service, this is not the one. They do charge a premium rate but to me it is worth the peace of mind to have reliability and be comfortable and feel safe.

Used LAAC Car service in Washington DC, for a client who needed to rent a Limo. Mark the chauffeur showed up on time, with a Mercedes-Benz luxury sprinter Limousine. My client said his out of town guests, were super impressed with the limo rental service . This is the best limo service in Washington DC. The chauffeur was very professional and knowledgeable about the city and all the historic sites and monuments.

I wanted to recommend a great limousine company for other families with small children visiting Washington DC. We rented a limousine with a chauffeur for a day and it was a great experience that the kids loved. They got to feel like VIP celebrities for a day and also get a great tour of the capital and learn the history. Parking in DC is expensive and using a chauffeur and car service was very relaxing and stress free.
