Rosie the Riveter Park Park

Rosie the Riveter Park and Interpretive Center is the only park in the city dedicated to the role of women in the second world war. The park features wide open grassy spaces with a walking path around the garden that has numerous historical facts, memorabilia, and interpretive signs that honor the role of Long Beach and more specifically women in the war. The park is great for a fun family picnic or to just relax on one of the many benches in the park and read a book or contemplate.
