This is a nice walk way near the river. We saw a number of families with dogs going for a walk. There is a ‘dog park’ (not fenced) area for dogs. The view of Manhattan from the river is very nice along with the view of what I think may have been the Brooklyn bridge. It is worth a stop for pictures if you are in the area.
