We traveled with our Airstream and camped here for the weekend. It was a beautiful location and a spectacular weather weekend! The sunset was pretty and the trails were nice.We also toured two cabins that were very nice! One thing to note is the cabins come fully ready with beds made and kitchen stocked. So many camping grounds that have cabins require you to bring in bed linens so this is really convenient.

Not many folks would expect to find something so nice smacked down in the DFW area. Very nice pavilions, fire pits, spaces for RV and tent camping. The campgrounds also had cabins to rent, kayaks and paddleboard for rental, and fair share of hike/bike trails. I was worried as we traveled through neighborhood streets to get here. However on arrival the park was spotless, very well taken care of and perfectly nestled in trees right along the lake. There was no traffic/city noise and all the sites were all cemented and included full hookup, fire pit, grill flushers, and table. I would definitely recommend this park for anyone looking for a weekend getaway not too far from home!!

We have not camped here in over 10 years and decided to have a firefighter reunion. We had sites 11, 12, 13 and 14. They have seriously done an amazing job remodeling this park. This is a true hidden gem for RVs in Flower Mound Texas. We are planning another reunion next year and there will be more of us. The cabins are absolutely beautiful for those who do not have a camper and I just can't say enough about this park. They have truly done an amazing job on this park!

WOW what a beautiful place! We stayed in the RV Park, site #11, and the view was incredible!!! Our RV backed right up to the beautiful lake! The park is clean, easy to drive our motor home through, and all sites and cabins are extremely well kept!! The guy who helped us with last-minute reservations (sorry, I cannot remember his name) was really friendly and gave us a nice spot by the water as requested! Wish we could have stayed a little longer!

This is a really quiet and pretty park. The only complaint would be bad wifi signal. I have my own and a booster for the RV and worst signal I have had all year including parks that were way more remote than this. The people who work here are very nice and we may stay again, just would need to know ahead of time about the wifi problem.
