Our art is a complete martial system, including Karate (which means empty hand techniques), sword & Japanese weapons. The art is comprised of the 10 ancient Japanese Ryu Ha (family martial methods) 3 coming from Ninjutsu, and 7 from the Samurai arts. They include: Unbalancing, Strikes/Kicks, Throwing, Pressure Points, Joint Manipulation, Tumbling/Acrobatics, Locks/Restraints, Escapes and Reversals. Bujutsu - Ju-Taijutsu is considerd the cradle, or "mother" of all Japanese martial arts, and is the foundation from which many of the sports such as Judo came, We train with a warrior's heart: Seeking, and striving for peace and harmony, but always training and prepared for the possibility of conflict. We train, slowly & with control, focusing on form, in the traditional manner hoping to achieve a balance between Body, Mind and Spirit.
