tripadvisorAvoid this place. We came to watch the Portugal vs. Colombia 2026 World Cup match, expecting a fun experience, but the night was ruined before we even got inside. The three people managing the entrance were incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They treated our group with complete disrespect—including a pregnant woman. I’ve rarely encountered such poor customer service. To make matters worse, having a reservation didn’t seem to matter at all. We were still treated as if we were an inconvenience instead of paying customers.Management should seriously reconsider the company or staff handling the door. People representing your business should know how to treat guests with courtesy and professionalism, and these individuals clearly do not. They are damaging your reputation and driving customers away.Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. There are plenty of places in Fulton Market that actually know how to welcome their guests. We certainly won’t be coming back.
MoreFulton Market is the hippest place right now. This neighborhood is completely walkable and everything is in the neighborhood. Shopping, food, market, — you need you can get by walking.
MoreChicago, one of the most visited cities in the country, boasts several areas where locals and tourists gather for food, entertainment, commerce, architecture, arts and culture. Like Old Town, River North, Mariano Plaza, Navy Pier and Millennium Park. And Fulton Market District. Located at 800 West Fulton Market, west of Halsted, in the fast-growing West Loop neighborhood, it once served meat-packing, warehouse and industrial purposes in the 19th and 20th centuries. Today, it is home to some of the leading restaurants and bars in Chicago. Also hotels, breweries, boutiques, art galleries and entertainment venues. Stop for a drink at the Guinness Open Gate Brewery or Lazy Bird lounge or Grapes & Grains or The Aviary or PB&J. Have lunch or dinner at such exquisite restaurants as Aba, La Serre, Sunda, Rose Mary, Bequeria or Swift & Sons. If you're just looking for a snack, the Time Out Market is sure to satisfy your palate. Staying overnight? Book a room at the Nobu, Emily, Hoxton or Level Chicago. For entertainment, see a show at the Puttery or Emporium or Punch Bowl Social.
MoreWe spent an evening exploring Fulton Market, one of Chicago’s most buzzing streets for food and drinks. It’s lined with restaurants, bars, and hangouts definitely worth a walk-through if it’s your first time in the city.We ended up at Publican, known for their barbecue and ribs. If that’s what you’re after, go for it. But the rest of the menu was underwhelming. One place that really caught our eye (we didn’t get to dine there) was Boqueria, a Spanish tapas bar with a great vibe. The hostess was very accommodating and the menu looked solid patatas bravas, pan con tomate, sangria pitchers, the works. I’d go back to try it.We also visited Time Out Market, a food hall with a tall glass ceiling and multiple food stalls. Great spot for casual bites with a nice atmosphere. We went on a Tuesday night and it was relaxed not too crowded but locals told us it gets packed on Fridays and weekends. If you’re planning a food crawl, also check out: • Aba: Mediterranean dishes and a rooftop patio • Il Carciofo: Fresh Roman-style pasta and pizza by Chef Joe Flamm • Fire: Alinea Group’s tasting menu concept with open-fire cookingWeeknights are chill, but if you want full energy and packed bars, plan a weekend visit. Overall, Fulton Market is a great intro to Chicago’s food scene just come hungry
MoreThe Fulton Market District is an absolute gem! With its trendy restaurants, unique shops, and vibrant atmosphere, it's the perfect place to explore. I loved the mix of modern and historic architecture, and the food scene is simply outstanding. Whether you're looking for a great meal or just a lively place to stroll, Fulton Market has it all.
