Really nice only problem was had a handicapped room reserved none were available! Made it difficult to shower! Everything else was good! Would stay again!!Clean, comfortable, elevators worked! Didn’t do complementary breakfast had other plans.

This is in a very convenient location next to a shopping area that you can walk to. Parking is easy. The rooms come with a full kitchen, however, you need to tell the desk what items you may need (dishes, pots and pans, flatware, etc.) It's included, but they will quickly bring up what you may need. The rooms are a little older, but they're clean. We stayed a week here and cooked breakfast (food at the Target--5 minute walk), and we cooked dinner one night. There is no pool, but there is a laundry facility. You can opt to have room cleaning for a nominal fee or do it yourself for free.

You like to party in hotels? This is the place! The front desk at night isn’t there after 11. You can play the music suuuper loud, so loud you can hear it down the halls and NO ONE will do anything about it. Because there isn’t anyone there! Nobody at the front desk. No way to get ahold of anyone! It’s great! And you’re right beside the train tracks serviced by 3 different trains, the airport is right beside you so you’ll definitely hear that too!! Garbage pick up is Wednesday’s at 6am so you’ll definitely here that as well! Great place for people to party highly recommend it. Oh and they don’t keep the water dispenser stocked. I worked front desk at best westerns before and this would never happen there. Go to a best western. Get yourself their reward/loyalty program and skip places like this. Trust me.

Stayed here as an overnight for business. Checked in, went up to the room and upon opening the door was hit instantly by the smell of cigarette smoke. Disgusting! The non-smoking room I'd booked smelled like an ashtray! They even had a placard on the kitchen counter that said Welcome to your SMOKE FREE ROOM. When I mentioned it to the person at the counter they said they were completely booked and did nothing to accommodate me in any way. Also, they didn't even have cups or glasses in the room! I had to go back downstairs to get a simple plastic cup! They have a full kitchen but no cup? WTF? Suffice to stay, this hotel can not be trusted to even keep a non-smoking room clean and not smell like a carton of cigarettes had been smoked in there just hours before you arrivedI You could almost feel the nicotine lingering, permeating everything in the room. Gave me a headache. Whoever cleaned this room should have alerted someone and done something about it. But no! I will never stay at this chain of hotels again. BEWARE!

Booked a King room. Had my confirmation that said King. I paid more for the Rez by selecting king over queen. It was prepaid. Put me in a smelly Queen without saying they'd downgraded me. Tried to turn on the light by the bed so I could see the phone. The light didn't work. Tried to use the phone, the phone didn't work. Went downstairs. Sold out of kings even tho I had one reserved. Said they could move me the next day but I'd have to pay about 15% more ....even tho I already paid more. WORST customer service. I do not recommend this hotel at any price!
