Handicap seating is a joke along with any service for handicap people. Mostly all of the people sitting in handicap spots are scammers with no right to be seated there. No wheelchairs on site to help assist disabled people get around.Zero not even a single chair. Stages are so far apart you can’t go from stage to stage if your disabled. Not to mention prices of food and drinks. $16 for a can of beer. That’s $25 Canadian for a can of beer. Bad enough you have no services for disabled but to take advantage of some of the people suffering the most was ridiculous. Shows were good but don’t go if you’re disabled. Washrooms for handicapped were trashed by non disabled people to the point of unsafe.

It is a lovely festival, it’s organized and clean! It is surprisingly easy to navigate, the lines move quickly, and the food is tasty with decent portions for the price. I like that a $10 credit applies the first time using the registered wristband to pay. The stages and decorations are lovely, as well as the cute props for photo ops, and there’s plenty of tented shopping and shaded areas to sit. It’s also great that they allow beach chairs.

TUGA, TUGA, TUGA,I had the best time and Cole, Eric and Kenny Rocked the show !!! VIP is the best way to go. This event is not cheap; however it is one of a kind out here in FLL. I look forward to next year's line up. LARGE crowds and tons of people watching.

Last time I will ever go. Everything was good except when we had to leave because of the storm. Evacuation plan needs some major revision. How they handle it is not an answer.

Horrible experience so far! Bought VIP tickets and so not worth it. Totally packed. You can’t even see the pool because there are so many people in it. Gross! Long lines for bathrooms. Three terrible food vendors. Ran out of ice and drinks. Potential storm so they turn out loads of people to stand outside the gates in the streets until they deem it safe to return. Last time I’ll ever do Tortuga . Terribly disappointing!!!
