Truly a unique view that makes El Paso beautiful!

Beautiful lights across the city almost has an exterrestial feel to it. Mountains is the backdrop for this incredible view

Parking is very limited. But with a little patience and drive-bys we found a spot. The night time view of El Paso, the Rio Grande and border, and Juarez in the distance was amazing. The sunset was spectacular.

Best view of the City of El Paso and neighboring Juarez. The winding road skirts around the east side of the mountain and up the southern side of the Franklin Mountains. To access the free Scenic Drive, turn onto Rim Road from either Mesa Street or Alabama Street. There are several pull-outs.

Had to drive through El Paso anyway so made a detour to this viewing point and so glad we did - awesome view over El Paso and the Mexican border and Ciudad Juárez - absolutely recommended if you have time.
