tripadvisorI will never stay there again!!!!! Just dirty ... Just sad!! Try to book in advance in other places!!! Gaia Hotel is awesome and clean!!! Same price Workers are not helpful, looks like they hate their job!! I travel a lot , including internationally... Just not right! When dealing with costumers , you must be clean, you must be helpful.
MoreWORST HOTEL EVER!!! If TripAdvisor could rate lower than one star this place deserves it and here's why:1- upon check in our room door was kicked in AND the room was messy & un maid.2- second room door handle was broken and lights were broken/not working, also the telephones were broken/not working3- the pool and hot tub has GREEN film covering surface of the water like a moldy pond4- WORST customer service we've EVER experienced. When we asked for CLEAN bedding they wouldn't bring it to us, so we went to the front desk to pick it up....when we got there the most inexperienced, rude, egotistical, unprofessional front desk girl Evonne told us that she would be checking us out.THEY KICKED A PARTY OF 7 OUT FOR ASKING FOR NEW BEDDING! Thank God for the Holiday Inn...pay the extra $...they're rooms/service/pool/cleanliness are worth every extra penny!
MoreI stayed aat the Ramada on the 3rd of july. I was greeted by the friendly front desk clerk who got us into our room in 2 minutes TOPS! The beds were very comfy and we had a very nice night. In the morning we were surprised to see the wide array of breakfast foods. Overall it was a great stay
MoreWe stayed for one night. We got in late and were out before noon. It was a decent room for a family overnight. It was clean and safe. We had some time in the morning so the kids and I spent an hour at the pool. It was relaxing and it was fun although the pool had high levels of chemicals. The breakfast was decent. Cereal, waffles, yogurt, muffins, toast, bagels, coffee, juice and milk. It was better than spending $30+ on breakfast or a coffee house for a family of 4. The room was typical and the beds were clean and comfortable. The air conditioner in our room however was so very loud it was hard to sleep. It was 80 degrees out at 11pm so we definitely needed it. The hotel is tucked away in an industrial area right next to the freeway (and I mean right next to it...the pool room windows were just feet away from the shoulder of the road). There was plenty of food/shopping just a short drive away. It was better than a budget hotel. The rooms all had interior doors/hallways. It was fine for an inexpensive overnight. The staff was very friendly.
MoreShould have known after looking At 1 room that this was not going to be good. The first no smoking room smelled of smoke .The receptionist then tried to get us into 2 other rooms to see. No keys worked . Finally a key worked .Why we tayedI have no idea , except we were tired .In our room th sofa was on the same wall as the tv ! Kind of hard to watch TV like that .Behind the tv stand it was filthy .I will never stay there again.
