Very nice suites. Very accommodating staff. Great place for either family or business stays. Very close to attractions and numerous restaurants several within walking distance. If you can't be happy here you can't be happy anywhere

I have been working in the hotel business for many years, so I have the right to said what I think is wrong with this hotel. I noticed many problems but the real one on this property is poor management. Because I don't think this is Quality Inn Standards. 1. Tv work but the screen was bad so you can see a line on the right side of the screen on the tv. 2. Door Bathroom Doesn't close and was dirty. 3. Someone fixed a leak on the sink but the didn't finish the job. 4. the tissue holder has a scratch. doesn't look good. 5. when I spoke with the Front Desk About this issue he looks like is normal and he doesn't care. 6. When I did the Check-in, I said the FD I will like to pay my incidentals with a different card, and he said is impossible. so what kind of system this Hotel Used? I think the hotel owners care about how much money they can make before to provide good guest services.

My boyfriend and I were seriously impressed when we walked into the hotel. A full living room, kitchen and two-bed room for less than $75 a night. The hotel is only a 12 min drive from Disney too. It was clean and they provided everything from extra towels and pillows without us having to ask. Very impressed and will definitely be booking again for future Orlando trips.

Was great and in a fantastic location. Services to Disney were great staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was large. Breakfast and the pool area is only let downs but this hotel is well worth the money

Well positioned hotel for all amenities including free shuttle to theme parks. We had a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom room which was good. The only thing they do need to do is mend some of the wall sockets as very loose. Issy, the Concierge, was extremely helpful and obviously very good at her job. Also found the rest of the staff we came in contact with were friendly. Special mention to James the shuttle driver to the parks who was very sweet and helpful. 'Driver coming through' should be his catchphrase! Internet very slow but this would be my only gripe.
