Great selection of hot and cold teas, including bubble tea and teappuccinnos. I got the iced chai with coconut milk. It is not the cheapest place ever, but is high quality, no surcharge for milk...

The drinks are good but the bubble tea is not real bubble tea. Disappointed they did not serve the tapioca pearls for bubble tea. They had chia seeds and jelly. Staff are very nice.
