Located a mile from Burbank Airport and a short drive from all the Burbank Studios, this is a great hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Check into a great bargain and save your money for those fun studio tours. Or, spend it on one of the many great restaurants in the area or in Los Angeles. The Burbank Town Center is less than two miles away as well.

tripadvisorThis is not a four-star hotel. But has earned four stars because it is an inexpensive, decent place when you just need a good night's rest (firm beds, crappy pillows); a warm (not hot and low-pressure) shower; and a quick, no-frills breakfast (coffee, juice, pastries, refrigerated breakfast sandwiches, cereal, etc.).The room was clean. Though the bathroom was a bit outdated. The hotel offers cleaning after 3 days, but I asked that we get fresh towels and that the garbage be taken out each day. And they obliged. (We stayed 5 nights.)Pluses: Decent size fridge and microwave in the room, free covered parking for guests, and an outdoor pool (I got some swim laps in one evening) and hot tub.
MoreManager charged me a $82 early departure surcharge even though I told them the day I got there ( booked for 4 days, left a day early), I was not staying the fourth day. Choice hotels refused to give me a one night stay in points. Will not go back to that hotel not will I use choice hotels again.
MoreWarning to future guests.I stayed at Quality Inn Burbank Airport on June 29, 2025. During my stay, I discovered that personal items had gone missing from my room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the manager — Alfredo — responded aggressively, accused me of trying to scam the hotel, and showed no willingness to investigate or assist. His confrontational behavior and lack of professionalism were deeply unsettling. I felt unsafe and disrespected, and as a result, I was forced to contact the Burbank Police Department and file a report. No guest should have to go through such an experience. I strongly urge Booking.com and the hotel ownership to investigate this situation and take appropriate action.
MoreA disappointment of a stay because of things that I should have been able to take for granted. While the staff was polite and accomodating, my bathroom door was losely hinged and difficult to close. The vending machine for sodas and water was empty and the other machine seemed innoperable. On my second day, when I asked if the soda machine had been refilled, I was told no and direvcted to the nearby Jack in the Box to get something to drink. Meanwhile, I spotted a case of Coke on the floor behind the counter next to the ckerk. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the pool and hot tub. Upon checking-in, I was informed that the were changing out the pool water so it was unavailabe. I was also told that the hot tub :had a bad smell and that I should avoid it until the next day. Finally, if you advertise that you offer breakfast, make it clear that your offering more of a continental breakfast and not a full breakfast. It was a surprise tofind only bananas, cold cerial and pre-packaged pastries. My visit did not meet expectations.
MoreThis was a great hotel, very close to shopping , food and drinks, and universal studio ! Would definitely come back, rooms are nice and clean and Peter and the front staff were wonderful on helping us with any of out needs. The Free breakfast was really good as well . Definitely worth it .
