Went here for a hike with dogs and it was fabulous! Lots of wide flat trails and beautiful scenery! A very nice place to visit on a Sunday morning - work off that big breakfast!

We enjoyed a walk around here when we were staying for a couple of days in Boulder. As it was a very hot day, it was nice to have a simple trail that was flat and had a bit of shade on the pathways. We didn’t spot too much bird life but the views were lovely. Parking was easy.

Girls had a great time exploring the paths and ponds. Nice to have displays explaining things. Can explore at your leisure.

Getting a little further east out of Boulder allows you to see the gorgeous mountains hidden behind all of what you can see from Boulder itself. Definitely worth a quick stop - especially if you arrive at the time of year where the rest of the Front Range still has snow-covered peaks.
