tripadvisorWe stopped in Cleveland for an overnight while traveling to another destination. The service at The Centro was superb. Our waiter, William, was conscientious and highly skilled at timing and understanding the needs of his tables. Coming from a larger city, I thought the prices were quite reasonable and the food was tasty and brought out in perfect timing. We ordered the polenta cubes and iceberg wedge to start. Both were executed beautifully and perfectly balanced. The focaccia bread and oil was delicious. We ordered the chicken piccata and a margherita pizza for our mains. The quality was outstanding and the crust of the pizza was amazing. The pizza came out piping hot and the cheese was melted perfectly. We enjoyed the ambiance and the specialty cocktails. If we lived in Cleveland, this restaurant would be added to our mango to list.
MoreA wonderful spot to stop and catch up, meet new people, have excellent drinks, and have a great night. We spent multiple nights visiting Centro and had the best service and great drinks. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to hang out! If we lived here, we'd be regulars!
MoreGreat al fresco location to spend an afternoon, great atmosphere and extensive range of drinks. Centro sits between two other al fresco bars and all three compete with each other playing loud music resulting in a confusing melange of genres which we found annoying. The staff are friendly but we wondered about the door guy sitting down wearing headphones glued to his phone only occasionally interrupted to check ids.Highly Recommended .
MoreWe were there last year and Austin was our bartender. His service was excellent. We went back today and had Jeremy. He was very attentive and again excellent service. Bourbon selection is on point.
MoreNew to Lexington we wanted to explore and enjoy downtown shops and bars. Stopped in to centro as the atmosphere seemed hip and authentic. Drinks were locally inspired and tastey. Loved the Bacon Old Fashioned. Too bad the bartender spent most of her time texting on her phone in the corner. We would have loved to hear insight on the area but she failed to engage us even though we were th only people sitting at the bar so we left and went to another spot.
