Full of facts and very, very funny. She makes it fun for any young kids on the tour while still covering some of the more macabre aspects of the tour. This history of Carson that you learn on the tour is worth the fee alone. The entertainment was priceless. Go and take the tour. You won't be disappointed if you like this sort of thing.
