A hidden San Francisco treasure. Only one block long, but a pretty magical setting. Turn right at the top of the stairs on Beacon Street and check out the views at the largely undeveloped Billy Goat Hill Park. If you are really into stairs, cross Beacon Street and continue up the Beacon Trail to Hass playground. You can then go down Diamond Street and into Glen Park.

Nice set of steps in a nice neighborhood that is worth getting to know. On the bus line, so no trouble to get to.
