Clean rooms. Great location for attending The Meadows Music Theater. We walked. All the venue parking lots surround the Hotel area. We were walking faster than the traffic was moving the whole way. It's a nice place to stay.

It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a bait and switch like that, especially when you’ve planned a trip so far in advance. It sounds like a total nightmare. Here is a rephrased version that keeps your frustration and the specific facts but uses completely different wording:Title: A Total Bait-and-Switch – Stay Away! The online gallery for this Market Street location is a complete work of fiction. I arrived expecting the clean, professional environment shown in the ads, but the reality was a property in total decay. The moment I stepped into the lobby, the atmosphere was sour—marked by a strange odor and a front desk staff that clearly didn't care to be there. The room was the final straw. It reeked, and the furniture and lampshades were covered in literal stains. I didn't even unzip my suitcase. Within five minutes of crossing the threshold, I was back at the desk demanding to check out because the conditions were simply unsanitary. What makes it worse is their predatory cancellation logic. Despite the fact that I refused to stay in such filth, they insisted on pocketing two nights' worth of my 8-night booking, hiding behind a 24-hour policy. I booked this back in March; there is no way I could have predicted the hotel would be this dilapidated. Charging a guest for a room that isn't even fit for use is highway robbery. This place needs to be gutted and renovated from the ground up. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.

The room was excellent. The housekeeper kindness. The area for used computer was good. The areas was neat. The Loundry place was convenient. The reception people need to have more emphaty to deal with people. That was my impression in this kind of job.

This hotel is Excellent ! It is very well insulated and noise does NOT travel creating a nice peaceful and cozy environment. Every part of this hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are quite large. The beds are extremely comfortable. And for once you don't have to bring your own pillow! The pillows are even labeled 'soft' or 'firm'! NICE! The rooms have a fully functional kitchen equipped with a burner to cook on, cooking utensils and dishes, microwave, coffee maker, with full-size sink and full-size refrigerator. There is large desk space for those who need to complete some work. There is a large flat screen TV with many channels. The bathrooms are spacious and clean and the towels are comfy. The fitness center has everything you need to enjoy a great workout. The pool is good size, has ample seating area, plenty of towels, and it even has a chair lift to assist customers with physical disabilities in accessing the pool...a VERY nice touch and very well thought out. This hotel even has a lending locker where you have access to games and other cool stuff! There is a mini store off the lobby equipped with snacks, drinks, candy and other food and is accessible 24/7. This hotel is very close to downtown where there are many quality restaurants to choose from. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to everyone!
