Beyond Wonderland Festival Review – A Dangerous, Overcrowded DisasterAttending Beyond Wonderland was one of the most disappointing and unsettling festival experiences I’ve ever had. The event was egregiously oversold, resulting in dangerously packed crowds that made movement difficult and the overall atmosphere deeply uncomfortable. Rather than feeling like a vibrant celebration of music and community, the energy was chaotic, tense, and, frankly, hostile.Despite the festival’s pre-event communications emphasizing strict security measures, the reality was shockingly lax. Security barely glanced at attendees and made flippant, inappropriate remarks instead of conducting proper checks. It genuinely felt as though someone could have brought in anything — weapons, drugs — without the slightest challenge. This level of negligence created an alarming sense of vulnerability.Communication and logistics were equally disastrous. Due to the sheer volume of people, there was no cell phone service whatsoever. If you got separated from your group, reuniting was nearly impossible. As night fell, the crowds grew even denser, and it became clear that there was no functional attendance cap. When we asked staff and security personnel about emergency exits, no one seemed to know where they were — a terrifying realization in any high-capacity event.The entire experience felt unsafe and mismanaged at every level. What should have been a joyful and immersive festival environment instead felt like a potential catastrophe waiting to happen. I cannot in good conscience recommend Beyond Wonderland to anyone. If attendee safety, comfort, and basic event management matter to you, this is not the place to be.

Went to a big music festival. About 30,000 people here give or take. The venue can comfortably hold everyone. Security was a breeze so disregard the people trash talking the security and staff. They are probably intoxicated and being rude. Only issue was how dusty it gets but it was my fault for not bringing a bandanna. I know better as someone who attends many festivals. Would definitely come back.
