Stayed here for our hotel for roughly a week. Never very busy, very pretty, but very expensive. There’s two kinds of parking. Standard and valet. Standard parking was something like $35 a day, but there were no in and out privileges, so you would have to pay anytime you wanted to go back in. We chose the valet, because we needed our car more than once. It was cool to walk around and see things about the hotel. There’s some shops that were mostly closed, but the architecture has charm.

So this is just architecture..there is nothing in here. But it's a beautiful arcade. If you're in downtown Cleveland, it's free and worth it to go in for a peek.

The architecture is the only reason this place deserves a 3/5. It's disappointing that this building is nearly empty and a literal ghost town during the week even though it is within their downtown district. You can picture the potential and the hustle and bustle this place once had and can still have but, overall, it is an underwhelming visit. No entry fee and, again, the architecture of the building is beautiful but a 15-20 visit in here is all you need.

The architecture is beautiful and the only reason for more than one star. The only services left there are associated with the Hyatt hotel. It was also challenging to park and get to from an ADA viewpoint.

Wow, the architecture is something to see! Free to get into and walk around for a bit. Nice and clean. Would be neat if it was full of shops and shoppers!
