Central Park in Pasadena is an apt place for picnics and gatherings. Located in the old section of Pasadena city, this park also serves as a venue for events like jazz concerts. Though not as vast as the Brookside Park, this place is decent nonetheless. There is also a nearby restaurant by the same name. All in all a pleasant place to spend a day with your family.

MoreGreat local restaurant... creative presentations and super good food... A 'regular' place I go for wonderful breakfasts/brunches. Recently went with family for dinner and so many great selections for dinner, had no trouble satisfying us (grandparent age) son & daughter in law (youngish parents age) and grandkids (10 and 11 years old)! Small, so for dinner, reservations suggested!
MoreNice park. Ground is all flat with a small park area. Might be difficult to find a spot to park but that depends on the time of day. Nice place to sit and watch the kids.
