A very nice walking park. People bring their dogs and children to ride bikes and run around. Small workout area. Very few parking spots but street parking available.

There is no restroom here. But it is the trailhead to Kapalama trail. It may confuse you to go downhill for 0.5 mile or so but it will go back uphill.
