Smaller park near Ann Arbor with nice playgrounds and disc golf. For us the more interesting area is the trail area with dense woods. The surrounding is very muddy and so waterproof walking boots are highly recommended! Good for about 1 hour.

A very nice mix of environments: paved and unpaved trails through meadows and woods and around water. A nice (small-ish) playground. Basketball courts. I play disc golf there regularly. Parts of the disc golf course can get muddy following a rain. The wooded areas are usually buggy. This park is not usually crowded with other users.

This park has two sides: a very open, manicured, maintained area with ponds, and a very densely wooded, narrow-trailed nature area. The open side has a flat, paved trail that's highly accessible - the nature side may require muck boots even on a good day! Excellent outing for the indecisive!

I jogged about 5 miles in the AM at this park, ran on the paved trails and inside the woods (a bit muddy). I enjoyed the in the wodds run. This small park connects neighborhoods and provides a small natural place with a few benches and 2 picnic tables and a basketball court. Nice little place nested near my hotel.
