This park is great for the whole family as well as your pets. It has a beautiful made man lake with a fountain. There are ducks. I love ducks. The area is clean and really relaxing.You can walk all around the lake and it is great if you have your pup with you. There is a play area for kids which is super clean and never crowded. The people are nice and there is a wee store for candy.When the weather is nice it is just just a calming place to be. There is a lot of grass and you can picnic there or just sit and watch the ducks. There is also a basket ball court I am told, but I did not see it. There is also a base ball area. The restrooms are great. They are clean. There are also plenty of benches and I love that. You will like this if you have a few hours to get away from it all.

The Harveston Lake is a nice place to take a walk. There is a playground, opportunities for fishing, rental boats and a Little Free Library. It is open to the public, you don't have to live there.

Loved walking around the lake for some exercise. There is some shade, with some of the park benches in the shade. The houses around the lake are interesting to look at and a nice place to get a little exercise.

On Valentine’s Day, at dusk, five kids rode their mini bikes through the grass where people were picnicking. One father had to grab his toddler daughter out of the path of the rider.

I often come here when I want nice scenery while I walk. It’s a small lake and it only takes 10 minutes at a fast pace to walk around. They rent pedal boats and you can also fish here
