Beautiful place for a hike. Nice clean area with beautiful views. Generally very safe, but always take precautions wherever you go. It is especially wonderful on warm summer days.

No cellphone signal while you get to enjoy the views and a walk around the lake. Quite few butterflies and a very sunny day made of this spot a great place to enjoy nature.

Several different trails to hike, with wildflowers galore in spring. Even orchids! Nice sweeping views of you choose those trails and wildlife if you are quiet. Benches to sit on by the lake. The trail by the lake is partially handicapped accessible, with parking.

I would like to know exactly where this lake is? It is impossible to locate on the map here. Have never heard of it.

Great to visit for longer or shorter hikes. Easy walking since it is pretty level around the lake itself but you can also extend your walk on several more challenging trails, if you wish. Nice views. Not crowded, even on weekends.
