This is such a great gem in Henderson! It has a little workout area for kids and adults. It has a large green patch and a small pond to watch the ducks and geese do their thing. It also has a somewhat paved trail to walk the loop.

The scenery around the pond was so pretty with the sunset at night and the rainbow after the rain. But just moving here and seeing how much garbage was around was just so sickening. It’s sad to see how people treat the parks here.

Very serene and very good for a hike, walk or run. This is off the beaten track for me and a nice little jewel.

This is a well maintained park with a trail goes around a large drainage pond. We followed the trail around the pond while observing a wide variety of birds including coots, a yellow-headed blackbird and a few sandpipers. There is also a pavilion, grassy area, and picnic tables.

The entire Grass area was contaminated with Duck and Geese feces. The picnic tables were also contaminated with Duck and Geese feces . The smell is putrid .There was no where for my children to play on the grass without getting feces all over their shoes and Soccer and football’s The geese apparently are there year-round and have contaminated the entire area so that it is not fit for public use. It is a health hazard and needs to be dealt with.
