My Prominence Medicare uses Lyft to transport me to medical appointments. I have to add request info for no trucks or large SUVs to make it easier for me to gain access. I have lower back issues...

I would post zero stars if I could. What a mess of a company. I needed a ride to Reno and back for a medical appointment. Called Lyft, Couldn't talk to anybody. Not even a robot....

Update still is the worst it keeps going up and down with the prices! Lately to make a 15 month drive $110 no thank you seriously! And even then I still have to wait almost half an hour for anyone...

I do not recommend Lyft to anyone. I tried them for the first time on June 2, 2025 for a ride to and from a fitness class around five mile from my home. Both drivers were courteous and...
