We cook Texas Style barbecue in NE Florida. All of our choice meats are cooked with Oak, Hickory, or Pecan that we cut, split, stack, and season ourselves. There is no propane or electric assist involved in cooking our meats, this is something we take considerable pride in! Brisket and homemade jalapeño/cheese pork sausage are 2 of our top sellers.
