Hotel is under renovations, but they tried the best to keep everybody happy. That’s impossible to do in today’s world. My daughter and I a wonderful time. I would definitely return and stay there. Access to the beach was very easy.

Although it was not disclosed anywhere on the hotel’s website, the ENTIRE lobby is closed off. During check in we were told that “the 4th floor” was under construction. The lobby, including the restaurant, is on the 4th floor.It was even more disappointing how unaccommodating management was. The young woman at the front desk was very nice but we couldn’t upgrade our room to have a balcony (we would have paid for it) or get a late check-out even though the hotel was empty.It’s a wonderful property but I would confirm which parts of the facility are open before booking.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, Isabel and Felipe went above and beyond to make our experience special. We were so pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade, which made our stay feel even more luxurious and memorable.

Everything was Amazing at this property and Brian the bartender was great! I look forward to coming back soon.

Gloria at the front desk was amazing even before we arrived she helped us! Matt at the valet stand was also extremely accommodating and helpful! So far, the staff has been very kind, courteous and helpful.
