The Trampoline park is nice but beware older kids who aren't so careful around the under-10 crowd on occasion. My main complaint was paying for a membership and canceling it before the lockdowns, and not seeing a deduction on my statement for 4 months afterwards, but then for 4 months they deducted the payments under Spider Monkey, even though they changed to Defy. When I contacted the Aurora park, I was told the membership wasn't in the system.... despite me still being charged. I was given the number for corporate out of Utah, and never received a response to my messages or complaints. Big fail. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and not once did anyone with Defy contact me. So, be careful and check your statements, don't take it for granted they won't charge you for services or products not rendered and not wanted.

My son who is 12 years old, loves this place. We go for birthday parties and just for fun. What a great way for kids to burn extra energy and get some exercise.

We planned our son's birthday party here and as you can see by the questions asked on Google review, they say you can bring in food for birthday parties. I actually confirmed with their answering service multiple times that we could bring in food even if we were not going to pay for the actual party space --read one table upstairs. After having confirmations, we invited our group of 15 5 year olds. We show up only to have the manager tell us we were unable to have our food or birthday cake and that if we wanted to eat it, we'd have to go out to the curb (which had PUKE on it from another visitor) After arguing with them about their services and the fact that HIS answering line told us we could bring in food--he said that they were wrong and he coudln't do anything about it. So literally, they made 15 5 year olds go outside and eat cake on the sidewalk. Incredibly poor customer service as he COULD have made the decision to stand behind his telephone operation (even if she was wrong) and stand up for his customers. We won't be going back or recommending ANY parties here. I'm giving it a 2 because luckily 5 year olds don't care and they liked the jumping experience. But what a joke--don't host a party there. in the least--be careful --they might change the rules on you the day of your party too.

Our visit had kids ages 13, 9, 7, 6, 4, and 2. I think this is our seventh trampoline park in three different states. This is one of the better trampoline parks. The facility is very clean, new, with a lot of variety. My kids particularly loved the zip line into a foam pit. The works even helped my smaller ones get up higher. Went over Christmas break and it had moderate crowds. The observation deck with seating for parents was especially nice. We absolutely would go again.

Showed up with 3 children to play. Line was so long, I purchased tickets online from my phone, so when we got up to front of line we would be set to play. After stepping in to jumping zone, another customer told us about the $7 morning special. We had just paid $16 per child for an hour of jumping. When I went back to desk to ask about this, was told that they wouldn’t have told me about this special because I purchased online. Told me there was nothing they could do to refund my money. What a RIP OFF! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will NOT be back.
