Flight crew was picked up by Michael L and was told he was our driver. Then he realized we were not the crew and brought us back to the loading zone. He then proceeded to argue with our actual driver and was extremely unprofessional when having us leave his vehicle. The driver should have verified which crew he had in the beginning and this would have been avoided. I hope this was a anomaly with this company, but not a good look.

Great service! Booked JED for a bus to transport the extended family to a burial. I began to receive emails on the appointed day letting me know that the bus was on the way. The bus arrived on-site 15 minutes before schedule time (along with an email letting me know the bus had arrived!) We had to make a route adjustment to stop at an additional hotel and the driver handled it without issue. We toured Bellfountaine Cemetery in the bus and the driver handled the small roads in the cemetery without any issues. He then took us to dinner and was on the spot when it was time to return to the hotel. Overall, the entire experience with JED was fantastic. Thank you JED for being so customer service focused and removing a potential point of pain during a difficult time.

They are reliable and we recently had the pleasure of being transported by one of their best drivers, Harold McCarthy. Mr. McCarthy is very engaging, kind and professional. He is such a positive and knowledgeable individual and his service and driving were impeccable. JED Limousine is outstanding and so is Mr. Harold McCarthy.
