They state that they offer free WIFI. They do not offer WiFi at all. Every 30 seconds the WIFI signal would drop and I would get a message that I am not connected to the internet. I called internet support services on my first night at the hotel. They did what they could but did not solve the problem. They stated that they would escalatethe ticket to the next level up and the problem would be fixed the next day. 24 hours later and the problem STILL was not fixed. I called again this time I was MUCH less patient and accommodating. Now it is the THIRD day in a row and the problem STILL IS NOT FIXED!!!. If you need to conduct business and use the WiFi, this is NOT the hotel for ou. In 2026, not having stable WiFi is unforgivable and a solid reason to NOT give your money to this company.

This hotel refuses to cooperate with investigations into theft of guest property. My girlfriend and I checked into the Ontario Airport Convention Centre Premium Hotel on November 25, 2025, and parked our electric bicycle, worth $600, outside room 105. The next day, November 26, the electric bicycle was stolen. At 2:05 PM, I called 911 (report number P253300262). Around 5 PM, the police arrived and questioned me. I requested to view the outdoor surveillance footage facing room 105. The hotel receptionist reviewed the footage from inside the room for about half an hour and then showed the police footage from a week ago. I did not seek compensation from the hotel, but the hotel's attempt to mislead me and the police by claiming I am Chinese and have language difficulties is unethical. If the surveillance footage were reviewed, the thief would certainly be caught. The hotel's lack of cooperation and disregard for guest property loss raises suspicions about the relationship between hotel staff and the thief! Therefore, I am leaving this message to warn other guests that this hotel is unsafe.

The best customer service ever.Christine made sure we were well informed . Let us know what we needed to do. Such quality service should be everywhere. She set us up with lyft. Told us how to get our room ciberespacio foranother night. Even herpes at check out. Made sure we had a ride.
