yelp*** UPDATE 8/2 about 10:30 AM - I did add on roadside assistance (apparently) but it's marked as PERS on the rental agreement and the added on the 29th confirmation from Hertz Customer Service...
MoreShow availability, but never have cars available. Overbook and then offer zero support when they cancel. I highly recommend booking at a different location, or with a different rental company.
MorePre-paid for rental but apparently that doesn't matter if they overbook. Rude employees who don't give a crap about what happens when they cancel and don't help.
MoreShould have gone to the airport. Rental was dirty, needed washer fluid needed an oil change don't understand why they would not have clean and maintained vehicles ready for their customers....
MoreThe truck that was scheduled for rental was not there so I got put in a random one. It was filthy and there were old oranges shoved under the backseat. Do not rent from here
