Ygnacio Palomares Adobe was a family home of Don Ygnacio Palomares. This one storey house museum was abandoned during the 18th century and was restored by the Historical society and city of Pomona after which it is turned into a historic museum and attraction. Built during the 18th century, this Mexican styled adobe focuses on the relics, equipment and objects used by the early inhabitants of California. The adobe consists of a beautiful garden that is surrounded with rose trees and shrub.
